Cellular renewal with wheatgrass juice and broccoli sprout juice

December 30th, 2009

We all ought to appreciate that without proper nutrition our cells won’t renew themselves. It’s probably something that doesn’t cross the mind, too often, but our bodies are constantly being renewed, dead cells ejected, and the new lively versions created. However, they can only be made if we have the right nutrients within our bodies to make them. There is little difference between this and expecting to make some fantastic construction out of Lego or Meccano, if one doesn’t have all the necessary parts in the box.

The same applies in the plant kingdom, where without the full mineral spectrum being made available, the plants roots and leaves, which have been provided with a genetic code which is preordained to source all the minerals required to make a healthy plant, won’t be able to find them.

The plants may look healthy, to the naked eye, but within them everything is far from well. We can’t necessarily see that they are suffering, and therefore more susceptible to attack from diseases or pests. It’s the same with ourselves. Sometimes illness is obvious, but that’s usually when its well-developed. What we’re not very good at is spotting the early signs of wellness breakdown, malaise, and disease. The latter is of course correctly, to be referred to as dis-ease.

That is why we feed our wheatgrass and broccoli seeds and young plants with Ocean Solution. Dr Maynard Murray, correctly observed, the amazing lack of illness amongst seafaring animal and the plants within the oceans. When spending eight months on trawlers and other fishing vessels, he never once came across evidence of cancer, which observation was corroborated by the many fishermen with whom he spoke about their lifetime’s experiences.

The sea has the complete mineral element spectrum, all in perfect proportions to create life and vitality. Dr Murray appreciated that we need therefore to bring the same minerals back to the land, from where they had been eroded. This would enable us to feed plants properly so that we might feed our animals and ourselves properly. Dr Murray wrote a seminal book on the subject, Sea Energy Agriculture. This succinctly outlined his research and discoveries, and left them all for us to pick up. Sadly, the financial profitability in supplying artificial ingredients, outweighs that of natural ingredients, and therefore those in charge of chemistry sets seem to be outrunning those supplying natural ingredients. As global natural resources become diminished, the value of minerals from the oceans will gain in popularity.

For an increasing proportion of the population a vegetarian diet is becoming of greater interest, and therefore it is important that we have the most highly mineralised vegetables possible.

Fortunately, there are those of us who have begun to produce wheatgrass and other sprouted products using Ocean Solution. We’ve been producing and/or selling wheatgrass juice for 5 years. We are pleased to be able to offer it for purchase by you!

Have a happy day!!

Wheatgrass and Broccoli Sprout Juice – Fully Mineralised Food, part 2

December 28th, 2009

On Monday I wrote about the necessity to eat food which has been fully mineralised. There is little difference between this and considering yourself to be like a clockwork toy, and if the mechanism isn’t fully wound up then you’re not going to find your body will run for as long or as efficiently on the input provided.

We are all comprised of billions of cells, and these are constantly regenerating themselves whilst other parts of us dispose of the dead and decayed organic matter. When a foetus is developing in the maternal womb, it requires mother to have a fantastic diet and provide a full mineral spectrum to build the perfect baby. Compromising on the diet, or repeatedly eating one comprised of denuded and incomplete food will unfortunately restrict the degree of perfection in the newborn, and result in imperfect function. In many cases this may be hard to detect, especially in the early days.

This is why it’s so important to be thinking about proper nutrition from the moment of conception, although some would argue that this should be considered some time in advance, including by men as well as women. Imagine that little sperm swimming up the fallopian tube, but having only had a partial meal for undertaking the journey. What is the differences between that and somebody setting off to swim across the Channel having only had a light snack in advance? You may be swimming in seawater, which is loaded with the complete nutrient package, you haven’t got it yourself. The same applies to the swimming sperm, if it didn’t originate from somebody who was well fed. its chances of reaching its destination are reduced, and its vitality and worth to the egg it meets is also restricted.

Therefore it is vital that we all eat extremely well at all times. That might seem like the most obvious thing in the world to say, but just take a look around you and see what sickly and ill bodies you see. The world is unfortunately awash with the underfed, the poorly fed, badly fed and those of course, who are rarely fed. That’s why I’m delighted to be able to offer wheatgrass juice and broccoli sprout juice grown using sea minerals, and therefore delivering the complete package of nutrients to you. Part of this is of course going to deliver you lots of chlorophyll, and that’s a good thing in itself.  Needless to say, you can buy the juice and have it delivered through your letterbox. What better way could you consider starting your day and having a twisted cap to unleash a powerhouse of nutrition?

Wheatgrass and Broccoli Sprout Juice – Fully Mineralised Food, part 1

December 27th, 2009

Nearly every one of us is eating deleted or incomplete food. Fully mineralised food is a rarity, but if our bodies are to be properly fed, and thus perform optimally, we need to give them the full mineral spectrum that our genetic code requires. If we don’t, we simply reduce our efficacy, compromise our capability, increase the likelihood of a range of illnesses, and foreshorten our healthy years.

I would suggest that fully mineralised means that the plants that we eat have been nourished with a full spectrum of mineral elements. All plants’ DNA determines the minerals they need to function properly. Any shortfall will weaken the plant, rendering it more susceptible to attack from fungal pathogens or insect predators. When a plant’s tissues are well formed, the ability of fungal roots and insect eating parts to get at the healthy tissue is severely restricted.

For those who wish to eat meat, this is only going to be at its best, if the animal is being fed food from fully mineralised soils and therefore plants.

One of the best resources for mineralisation that we can find is to use sea salt, all diluted seawater. Both will contain almost the entire spectrum of minerals, as found in the chemical elemental table, and furthermore they exist in almost the exact proportion required by the plants. Five years ago the tsunami that ripped through Asia destroyed much, but it also left a lot of land that was extremely well fertilised compared to beforehand. Many farmers reported the following crops were the best they’d grown in decades.

Consequently, we grow our wheatgrass and broccoli plants by feeding them with diluted Ocean Solution. Thus our plants are well mineralised from the moment they spring to life from their dormant state, as a seed. They are fed this complete mineral resources to maximise their nutritional powerhouse that they delivered to you, packed with enzymes, vitamins, and many more nutrients.

Given that we are what we eat, what better way could there be to start the day than with a fully mineralised shot of wheatgrass or broccoli sprout juice?

Why would you want to eat food which was going to compromise your capability, your health, and your vitality? Unfortunately most people are far removed from the intricacies of growing crops to eat, albeit that the allotment movement has seen a resurgence and therefore a greater commitment from more people. For those who cannot get close to obtaining that fully mineralised package, that is why we are producing wheatgrass and broccoli sprout juice grown with the full mineral package. Just for you to buy!!

Eczema and wheatgrass

December 22nd, 2009

Using creams and ointments to clear up your eczema is what most sufferers resort to when looking for a cure. These creams and ointments smooth the skin and help to prevent loss of moisture and dryness.  Most of these creams and ointments do not work at the core problem. They do not look at the root cause and they do not attempt to eliminate the cause, perhaps in hope of the manufacturers that you will become a lifelong customer! Changing the foods you eat, and a few other things will create a more permanent effect on your skin which will result in clearer and smoother ‘you’!

One of the best foods you can introduce is wheatgrass juice. Wheatgrass is just grass and, because we grow it by using Ocean Solution sea minerals, it is full of nutrients. You can purchase it from us, or grow it yourself, maintain it yourself daily, juice it daily and wash up daily – chores!

Wheatgrass juice has the ability to destroy damaged skin cells and foreign matter, including that of cancerous and eczema cells. This is because of the vitamins contained in wheatgrass juice which is plentiful and abundant.

Wheatgrass juice contains SOD, sulphur oxidase dismutase, which is an effective anti-ageing enzyme. SOD works on your skin and will counteract the appearance of eczema.

It is important for eczema sufferers that the liver is kept vital and healthy. Wheatgrass supplies the liver with magnesium, choline and potassium, three very important nutrients for the liver.

A little of this is from http://rawdoctors.com wher there is much more to learn!

Alternatively you can just buy the elixir here.

Wheatgrass inside is clean inside

December 20th, 2009

I’ve seen it said that when you are green inside, you are clean inside! I’d suggest that this holds a lot of truth. This is the missing element in many people’s lives.  Without it in the wild nearly all vegetation would die, and subsequently, all animals and man.

Chlorophyll is the green pigment found in plants, that enables them to take up nutrients. Many studies have been done on chlorophyll’s benefits. It fascinates me that chlorophyll is almost identical to our blood! The biggest difference is that the chlorophyll pigments centre atom is magnesium, while our bloods centre atom is iron. Think of it! The element that causes plants to be able to convert light into energy, is almost identical to our blood pigment. Thus the nickname: “green blood”. It is no wonder that chlorophyll has been shown to work wonders for our blood! With un-diseased blood, becoming blighted by most diseases is impossible.

There was an interesting study done by a veterinarian, Dr. Maurice E. Serling. He gave his canine patients in his veterinary hospital doses of chlorophyll, and banished all halitosis (bad breath!) and body odour after six hours! When the treatment was discontinued, the odour resumed, and when started again the odour disappeared again!

The raw foods containing chlorophyll are green leafy vegetables of all kinds, plus my “friend” wheatgrass juice, and broccoli sprout juice.  Ann Wigmore has an unforgettable personal testimony of how she overcame gangrene in her leg. She was told she had to have her leg amputated, or she would die. She absolutely refused, even though her parents, and the Doctor were angry with her. She was basically left alone, and describes hours of solitude outside; since she couldn’t get around very easily, she ate grass! She believes the wheatgrass juice cured her, thus her entrance into that industry.

The beauty of things today is that you don’t have to grow your own to produce a daily infusion of powerful green juice. We’ve learned how to grow crops of wheatgrass or broccoli sprouts, which we then juice and preserve to give over two months shelf-life, at ambient temperatures, and therefore not needing refrigeration, and all packed in a simple cardboard outer wrapper enabling its delivery through your letterbox. What could be a simpler route to better health than to start the day with some wheatgrass or broccoli sprout juice?

Prevent Cancer? A Daily Shot of Wheatgrass!

December 18th, 2009

Cancer does not suddenly appear as it usually develops in the body of the victim for many years. Some of us might receive a diagnosis for cancer in the future, be scared and not know how to handle it. Is there anything that we can do, rather than rely solely on what “modern medicine men” a.k.a. the NHS, can provide?

Most of the public interest in cancer is focused on healing. Unfortunately very little seems to be written about preventative options, and even less about the dietary influences. Not surprisingly, I am extremely enthusiastic about the inclusion of wheatgrass juice within the average persons diet as a means of both oxygenating their bodies, and also alkalising them, both of which are fantastic ways in which to balance the body and enhance its own defence mechanisms, including against the occurrence of cancer.

Therefore, it was of great interest when I came across an internet site last night in which a geneticist was talking about the significant value of wheat grass juice in dealing with cancer.

What this person said was that “Wheat grass juice is a fantastic addition (for your) health is an incredibly rich source of folic acid. One will have 100g shot 1110 μg folic acid, and at the same time provide you with most other B group vitamins, vitamin A, C and E and minerals you need. Unlike most vegetables, it also contains vitamin B12, although 0.8 ug, not as high as the concentrations recommended by the studies. So while you can use to really WheatgrassAt the top of your vitamins, minerals and folic acid, you will need some additional B12 levels recommended by the invention of the studies sought. If you wish to receive these foods, the highest dietary sources of B12 are shellfish and crustaceans. Fish are very rich sources, but far less than other marine animals. Although there are other steps that are important in cancer prevention, a daily intake of wheatgrass are way ahead of you in your program for optimal health.”

I totally agree with this opinion! I would also say that one of the things which scientists find very difficult to both measure, and also monitor the impact of, is the combination of natural nutrients within an individual’s diet and the impact on their individual body, which is subjected to their individual lifestyle. Very little about the way that we eat, and the way we react to circumstances is totally predictable, simply operating within approximate parameters. But the more natural diet, the less mechanically or physically manipulated that the food is since it was produced, the better.

And of course, apart from supplying wheatgrass juice, we can provide you with broccoli sprout juice, which is a tremendous record in terms of cancer. The John Hopkins University has done plenty of research on that one.

So, as you’ll be no doubt forming your New Year’s Resolutions, maybe the inclusion of some proper nutrition will be high on the agenda? I look forward to hearing from you!

Wheatgrass Juicing

December 14th, 2009

When we produced our own wheatgrass juice we tried various different juicers.  However we were looking for the most robust model and one that could put a serious amount of leaf through in one session, plus some roots.  We would at peak be juicing to provide over 10 litres of wheatgrass juice per day!

Normal juicers are not very suitable for extracting juice from wheatgrass due to its relatively tough fibre.

The wheatgrass juicer operates much more slowly which reduces the heat produced and, therefore, lessens the damage any heat does to the important nutrients. They basically come in two types, manual or electric.

Since wheatgrass juice consists of around 70% chlorophyll, removing the juice from the blades of the wheatgrass is the most vital part and should be done effectively. For this reason electric juicers would be my recommendation. Electric juicers can be used by people who prefer to use less muscle power and want the machine to be easily moved.

The are numerous models available, electric auger juicers and many different stainless steel hand operated models. The price range varies according to the specification chosen.

Effective juicers that are an alternative to the powered ones are the manually operated devices. The have two stainless steel screens and no aluminum parts and are, therefore, easy to clean and are less expensive than their electric counterparts. They are cheap and very effective, assuming you don’t want to juice any great quantity each day. Most have a pressure control screw enabling juice extraction with the minimal exertion.

If you are thinking about something more industrial then there are also juicers around for commercial purposes such as the Green Star, or the Kempo, both of which we used successfully.

Wheatgrass juice is very beneficial and has a lot of nutrition values. So get yourself a wheatgrass juicer today and reap its benefits!

Alternatively, buy something that has extended shelf life, all the nutritional benefits and can be delivered through your door letterbox. Then it becomes a simple task every morning to twist a cap, rather than the more the the laborious exercise of both growing the plants, and then having to daily water them, cut them and extract the juice, and then wash up after yourself!!!!  Here is where you short-circuit this process!  You will also find that you can buy broccoli sprout juice, delivering a massive against cancers.

Who’s Conducted Research and Development on Wheatgrass Juice? (used .12.09)

December 13th, 2009

With wheatgrass having been used for eons, prized for its significant health benefits, perhaps we should ponder who has actually verified this. Wheatgrass is a whole food and has been used to improve health since the time of the ancient Egyptians. Scientific research into wheatgrass has been conducted since the early twentieth century.

Research into the benefits of chlorophyll was where wheatgrass research began. Chlorophyll is a bio-chemical compound that is found in every single green plant. As early as 1913, Dr. Willstatter learned that haemoglobin in the human bloodstream is positively influenced by the chlorophyll in green plants.

The agricultural scientist Dr. Charles F. Schnabel found himself trying to improve the health of his sickly chickens in c.1930. He noticed that sickly chickens sought out young wheat grasses to eat. This inspired him to research the effects of wheatgrass on the health of his hens.

Schnabel fed plenty of wheatgrass to the ill birds, with the result that the poorly chickens quickly regained their health. Those chickens which ate wheatgrass also increased their egg production, compared to those not eating wheatgrass.

Sales of powdered wheatgrass surged once Schnabel’s study gained publicity. Schnabel managed to sell his own line of powdered wheatgrass, it being available in pharmacies far and wide across America. He also sold wheatgrass tablets which became top selling, as people sought out their multivitamin potential.

Major corporations soon started their own research into wheat grasses and other grasses. Quaker Oats was one of the early companies that conducted wheatgrass research.

Ann Wigmore conducted her own wheatgrass research beginning in the 1920’s and spanning several decades.

Wheatgrass contains many minerals as well, including calcium, iodine, iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium. However, ours contains more as it is fed with Ocean Solution deriving the full spectrum of minerals from the periodic table, and all in balance with the plants needs!

So, with that known, the simplest way for you to get the juice to boost your life and vitality is to buy it here!

Is Wheatgrass Juice or Broccoli Sprout Juice Good for Cancer?

December 11th, 2009

We don’t know, but I am sure that it will help in a big way!  You cannot easily do trials on the juice, but my hunch would be that it’s very good for all illnesses – and maintaining wellness, just because its so alive.

Wheatgrass, for instance is a health food, served to be drunk as its liquid, that is made by juicing the shoots of wheat grains which are sprouted until they reach a height close to seven inches, and are then cut, next being pulped to produce your highly nutritious juice that is drunk in small quantities. Through this all, one thing you must learn about this substance is that it is produced from wheat grains, which are thought to be the cause of much digestion for many, culminating in making folk coeliac – at the extreme.

Because so little research has been undertaken on the subject, there are conflicting results from various studies. However, with current research, frequently investigating the potential benefits of antioxidants, more is now known, and I personally feel convinced of the value that such products as wheatgrass juice and properly spray juice will have in enabling the body to deal with health challenges. Over recent years the relationship between nutrition and cancer has become more widely recognised, and there is general appreciation that an unhealthy diet will do nothing for the health of the body.

In considering the how helpful wheatgrass juice or broccoli sprout juice may be in cancer intervention, either as a preventive measure or as a treatment, the fact is that there is no conclusive evidence to that piece of information. Beyond the fact that the drink is made from a plant with therapeutic properties, all that there is, is speculation.

However, there are physicians and a lot of cancer specialists who go out on a limb to administer treatments that aren’t sanctioned by overseeing medical bodies because of experiences they have had. Such health practitioners may suggest that wheatgrass juice and broccoli sprout juice is good for cancer, and since there is nothing that points to that being wrong, you might want to include it in your diet. Who knows, it might not be wrong (even if it’s not entirely right) to say wheatgrass benefits cancer. If only we would credit nature with the opportunity to help us!

It’s up to you, but if I were in that type of desparate corner, I’d be buying.  But equally I’d be buying if I were just healthy and wanting to be more healthy!

The benefit of Green Juices, Wheatgrass and Broccoli

December 9th, 2009

Green juices, such as wheatgrass juice and broccoli sprout juice, are among the best sources of living chlorophyll, which is without doubt the most remarkable substance and without which mankind is finished.

As the blood of plants it is the lifeblood of ourselves in more ways than we they initially appreciate. Chlorophyll captures the raw energy from the sun and converts it into food nutrients of which we are the fortunate consumers, either directly or indirectly.

In terms of chemical structure chlorophyll bears an uncanny resemblance to haemoglobin.  The only difference between haemoglobin and chlorophyll is that the blood of man has an iron atom at the centre whereas the blood of plants has a magnesium atom. Haemoglobin is the major constituent of our own blood supply and responsible for transporting the oxygen and nutrients around our body to maintain function of all our organs.

The health properties of chlorophyll have been known for many years, on occasions winning Nobel prizes for scientists. As every farmer will tell you, the healthiest plants are always those which exhibit the darkest green colour. This is purely an indication that they have the highest concentration of chlorophyll and the least level of disease threat or ingression.

Farmers and crop scientists also know that insects which devour crops by and large only seek out and eat those which are weakest because the cellular structure is easiest to invade. They have weak mouthparts and therefore prefer a weak plant to eat.  If we feed the plants correctly, they will remain strong and suffer the least amount of disease. It is exactly the same for us as people, if we feed ourselves properly, and the correct amount, and no more, take plenty of fresh air and exercise, then our bodies will remain strong and capable of resisting disease better than those of people which don’t do all these things.

Thus we feed our wheatgrass when we grow it with Sea minerals to provide the entire nutritional cocktail which the plants require. Thus they are as strong and packed with nutrients as is possible, delivering the best possible food for you.

It is probably fair to say that the main benefits of chlorophyll fall into three areas, and all these are available to you.

Firstly chlorophyll hasn’t antibacterial effect and therefore acts to purify our blood, and also works against yeast activity in the digestive tract, thereby suggesting white is very useful for those with wheat intolerance, amongst many other benefits.

Secondly chlorophyll is very successful in reducing inflammation, wherever in the body it may occur be that internal or external.

Thirdly, and perhaps most importantly to us in an understandable way is that it builds our blood supply through its near identical comparison to blood. In so doing it also is a major assistor in cleansing the liver.

So there you have it, the lifeblood of plants ready to work on your behalf. Wheatgrass juice and broccoli sprout juice crammed full of life, nutrients and energy to supercharge your body and your day.
