Naturally, I'm keen to do all I can to promote the merits of our wheatgrass and broccoli sprout juice. When you have studied them for as long as I have, together with consuming them one becomes aware of the inherent benefit. Equally, hearing glowing reviews from consumers just adds to that understanding.

Sometimes one doesn't have what scientists consider incontrovertible proof, which they consider to be only available through such things as RCD trials (randomised, controlled, double-blind) These are notoriously difficult to do in the field of nutrition. Many efforts are undertaken, predominantly with lab animals. Testing things in the human is made extremely difficult because few of us stick religiously to a consistent pattern, or for long enough. We have many other potentially conflicting facets to our life, which can all impact on the effect of whatever the additional nutrient that somebody is trying to test.

So, sometimes one has to be grateful that somebody else, who I've never met in this case, says it all for you. I came across this last week, and am happy to share it.you

What is wheatgrass juice? It's the juice from the wheat plant, and wheatgrass is literally the grass of wheat. Before the wheat grows into the golden tan stalks we recognise as wheat, it starts as a grass in its young stage. Wheatgrass juice is the green juice from the young wheat leaf.

Wheatgrass juice is rich in chlorophyll, and other nutrients, like the vegetation that is the primary food source for most mammals. It's a great source of energy, high quality vitamins, minerals, enzymes and protein. We know greens are good for us. It's got a bit of a sweet taste to it because it has simple sugar (glucose). It tastes like raw greens. I drink mine with juiced garlic and ginger which can be upsetting to some stomachs.

You can probably get some at your local health food store. It's usually made fresh. A fistful of grass is cut from a tray full of grass, juiced and served in a small shot glass, smaller than a cup you get on a bottle of cough syrup. It's potent. It tastes potent!

I couldn't have said it better! Plenty more information can be found on our website. And, of course, you won't be able to get the juice in your local health food store! But, there is plenty of juice to be purchased from our website. The process is simple, the deliveries are regular once you set up a recurring order. Easy peasy!

Whilst I'm promoting wheatgrass juice, and broccoli sprout juice, these are but small parts in a move towards a healthier input into your body. We all have to remember, although unfortunately, the vast majority are never told and/or forget, that if you put poor/low value fuel in, you will splutter along in the slow/poor health “lane”.
