Here are some thoughts on feeding yourself properly.
Growth
Our body’s 'digestive system still needs large amounts of pure nutrients, which should include enzymes, in order that it will work at its optimum performance levels. In order to provide nutrients to the cells of the body, we need healthy haemoglobin cells in our blood.
Late last year, I went to see a friend in London who undertakes blood analysis, and she demonstrated clearly what healthy blood looked like. Fortunately mine resembled the healthy version, by and large. To see pictures of unhealthy blood made me wonder how some people manage to stay alive! You need all those red blood cells to be fighting fit, as the white blood cells should be too, vibrantly chasing round your blood system, delivering nutrients, sorting out invaders that shouldn’t be there, etc.
The chlorophyll that comes from wheat plants (as opposed to the seeds or flour) and other green vegetables contains proteins that closely match that of our body’s blood. By providing ourselves with pure nutrients, we enable our blood cells to be at optimum levels, which in turn increases the oxygen and nutrients that they can deliver to the organs and systems of the body. Healthy blood assists the body in rebuilding cells while also maintaining agreeable blood pressure levels. But how can it build the body while simultaneously cleansing the body of toxins?
Detox
The cells of the body are able to eliminate waste and toxins through the lymphatic system. The lymph system bathes the cells and carries away the waste. The amount of lymph in your body is three times higher than it is within the blood in the body. When we are busy sweating, we are removing toxins from the body, which nasty things accumulate in the cells, and both reduce efficacy and increase the danger of many diseases gaining a foot hold.
When I contemplate the nutrition I give to my body, and the healthy state I hope to maintain, its a reason why I like to regularly drink wheatgrass juice to assist proper cellular growth and to enhance my living health.
Since the health of the body is directly related to the health of our cells, systems and organs of the body, which we rarely see or truly appreciate for all they constantly do for us, surely we should ensure that our nutrition is optimal, and we don’t just resort to thinking about it when disaster strikes. That’s why I so enthusiastically consume wheatgrass juice, broccoli sprout juice, and contemplate everything I eat and the implications for me.
