I thought we'd have something a little different today, something light-hearted. However I think the message is more important, and demonstrates that we can be beautiful on a healthy diet, something which doesn't come as often with an unhealthy one.
So, sometimes we need a little light entertainment!
I thought that I put up a link for you to see this short video from YouTube. It comes courtesy of my friend, Jim Carey's website. It is short and sweet, features heavy rock music, a cute blonde called Traci, who personally assured me that it was fine to use the video.
So, there she is, frolicking in the wheatgrass!
I know it’s a bit tacky, and I know it may not be that serious. But why shouldn’t we do something that encourages the green moustache, when all those milk people can do is feature of milk moustache? I know which one I’d prefer, the wheatgrass moustache!
I'm gearing up before long to do a presentation of my own on growing wheatgrass. Perish the thought that this could give me any crazy ideas! Of course, if you just want to buy wheatgrass juice, or broccoli sprout juice, that's fine by me.
