I appear to be lucky! Six hours sleep is usually enough for me, even though many people sleep for longer.

Some people sleep for 8-10 hours a day, but they are still drained of energy most of the time. But do people really have to settle for less energy? Being knackered and fit for nothing is not an obligation, and when one’s body is in this state it is not normally the fault of the body, but the blame is with the operator! They’re often filling it with a substandard or downright poor diet, and the body wrestles with it instead of being peaceful and allowing the person to sleep.

I’m not sure whether we need any more energy to get through a day than our forebears did, given the amount of physical work that most of them had to undertake, but that energy can’t be produced by a nutritionally imbalanced and often defficient diet. It is quite natural to feel tired after a hard day’s work, but a night’s rest should refresh the body. This doesn’t happen for many people. Why not?

Waking up feeling tired means that either your body isn’t getting the nutrients you need or you have too many bad things in your diet. I find Wheatgrass juice of great help to me in these situations.  Whehter it is so for others, I couldn't possibly tell.

Our bodies have over ten trillion cells, each of them acting as if they were a little mini battery that holds a charge of energy. We need this charge of energy to be strong and steady, and to achieve this we need a consistent and effective supply of high-quality nutrients.

Drinking an ounce or two of wheatgrass juice every day, ideally at the outset of the day should ensure that your body isn’t wasting any energy clearing them up. For me it means more energy for all the things that I want to do!

I'd be delighted to be able to supply you the solution!
