Sometimes you see a quotation and wish you'd said it. Nonetheless, you totally agree, and want to tell everybody. Wendell Berry is a highly acclaimed American man of letters, academic, cultural and economic critic, and, the bit I like most, a farmer. He's also a prolific poet.

I'm sure this is a topic that most people find as interesting as watching paint dry. However, for those of us who are interested in both what we eat, and also what the rest of society eats, it's fascinating and critical.

As a means of accumulating some useful information, pictures and more I've joined Pinterest. Some of this is invariably of general interest, but other parts will be more specific in terms of health, and naturally, particularly wheatgrass and broccoli sprout juice.

I don't want to sound like somebody's mother, but here we are heading into midwinter. With that comes an added necessity to keep our bodies ticking over at a nice level, full of all the right nutrition. You're going to have a much better chance of keeping all those winter ills at bay if you are properly fed, rather than relying on various pills and potions.

Juices direct to you, with great haste, for your better health! For anyone stumbling upon these juices for the first time, don’t forget that they have a shelf-life of over eight weeks, and that is when stored at ambient temperature - no need for a fridge! That’s pretty phenomenal for something that only has a smidge of vitamin C to help preserve it.

I have some really good news! After a great deal of deliberation, we have decided to undertake the distribution of the Vegus wheatgrass juice and broccoli sprout juice from the UK. Until now we’ve been having our orders fulfilled direct from the producer in Ireland. As some people have discovered, it’s not always the most reliable delivery chain, owing to the nature of the couriers.
