I know most people are familiar with buying wheatgrass as juice, but you can also buy it in the cream form, as one might apply to one's skin. Dr Chris Reynolds (in Australia) has turned his wheatgrass into ointments, balms, and even super-shots. You can find his products in various shops over here, or online, but predominantly he's based in Australia, so hardly local…!

You know that feeling when you simply want to find out the truth of an issue? Oh, you say, I'll just ring up so and so, as they'll know the answer. Once you've outlined the problem to which you want an answer, you realise that they know the answer, but some wretched protocol or other prevents them from telling you what they know. This can even be in a situation where they know that they should be able to inform you, but again legislation or protocol of the business prevents them from saying so.

At the weekend, a bunch of fanatics will do their best to derail homoeopathy. What last year began as a silly stunt in London has progressed to this year being a silly stunt in many other cities around the world, and Manchester in this country. The silly sceptics think that by taking one whole bottle of homoeopathic remedy pills, they will be overdosing themselves. The fact that they then don't die or become seriously ill will be used by them as proof that homoeopathy doesn't work.

What idiots.

Well well, what d'ya know.  It is now possible to extend your life, and more. Seriously it is, and a serious extension!

You can have a healthier life too.....

How so?

Well, think of your favourite machines.  Would you compromise on the components for them?  Or would you just pick up the cheapest you could find, the one in the bargain sections?  Why, of course you won't, apart from on a few rare occasions.  You want reliability, don't you.  Not some bargain that falls apart after a few days, failing to deliver what it promises.

Every now and again somebody pops up as a customer who raves over our wheatgrass juice. Naturally, they don't all have the same reason, indeed often having very different ones for being so enthusiastic.

Daily options!

Every day when we wake we have pretty much the same options list to consider. What do we want to achieve, and how are we going to do it.

Some of that won't be down to ourselves, and arguably a great deal, as we all tend to operate to somebody else's timetable and schedule in one way or another. However, that doesn't need to be as much as we may think.

One area where we most definitely can run our own show without anybody else dictating, is that relating to our health and our diet.

In the first part of this dual post, I focused on the cynical and profit orientated adulteration of our food. The more additives and un-natural treatments that can be applied or manifested upon what we eat, the greater the profit margin for everybody in the food chain after the food has left the farm.

Day after day we hear one group or another pointing out the deficiencies in the government’s health policies. The fact that we have had a different party governing since May seems to have made little difference to what is really going on.
